Grounded Support.
Expansive Growth.

Private, thoughtful psychology for high-achieving adults navigating anxiety, stress, and life transitions.

At Stillpoint Psychology, Dr. Hadorn specializes in helping professionals and students build a steadier, more sustainable way of living and working. Therapy is a space to slow down, think clearly, and reconnect with yourself. Sessions are individualized, depth-oriented, and designed for those who value privacy, insight, and meaningful change.

Therapy for those who carry a lot.

You’re capable. Driven. Responsible.
Others rely on you. You hold yourself to high standards.

And yet, beneath the surface, anxiety lingers. The mind doesn’t quiet easily. The pressure to perform, achieve, or “handle it” alone can feel constant.

At Stillpoint Psychology, therapy is not about fixing you — it’s about creating a steady space where you can think clearly, recalibrate, and move forward with intention.

Dr. Hadorn works with high-achieving adults navigating:

  • Anxiety and chronic stress

  • Perfectionism and self-pressure

  • Burnout and decision fatigue

  • Life transitions and identity shifts

  • Relationship strain under high expectations

Sessions are individualized, thoughtful, and depth-oriented. This is not rushed care. It is focused, confidential, and designed to support meaningful change.

Many of the individuals I work with are thoughtful, capable, and deeply committed — to their work, their relationships, the responsibilities they carry, and the people who rely on them. They hold themselves to high standards and are often the ones others turn to for support. They are often high achievers who are used to performing well under pressure. From the outside, their lives appear steady and successful.

And yet, beneath that strength, anxiety can feel constant. The mind rarely quiets. The pressure to perform, achieve, or “handle it” alone becomes exhausting.

I am drawn to this work because I understand how closely ambition and anxiety can live side by side. The very qualities that make someone successful — drive, responsibility, care — can also make it difficult to rest, set boundaries, or ask for support.

In our work together, you don’t have to perform. You don’t have to have it all figured out. Therapy becomes a stillpoint where you can set down what you’ve been carrying and begin to listen more carefully to yourself.

Stillpoint was created to be that space — steady, intentional, and deeply attuned.
